Sam planned everything. Asking Dean had only been the first step before he would propose to Ruby; the other steps he took included talking to John and Mary how they would feel if he proposed to her (a demon) as well as ring shopping. He also entrusted Dean to hide the ring while he formulated a plan. The plan came into fruition when asked Ruby if she would like to get away for the weekend on a romantic hike as far as they can go into the woods where they would spent most their time camping. Everyone else got the heads up they'd be gone. He and Ruby started out in the morning with their gear but sometime around noon, between the glances and the less than subtle touches and conversation points, he slowed to a stop when they came to the large clearing his brother described. The sun glimmered off the water; the stream itself gave life to the wild flowers and grasses that swayed in the wind before their very sight.

"What do you think? This is a good of a spot as any to set up camp." They should actually be able to enjoy some daylight and time together, right. Not expecting any complaints either, Sam slides his gear off his back to shrug it off on the ground.

If one thing is for sure, Sam won't let practice go to waste. Clearly she is very generous to keep him in tip top shape.

Self-serving isn't particularly a trait he finds unflattering on her at this moment. On the contrary, it rubs off on him in the most unexpected predictable way. He can't turn his eyes off her to move for the sleeping bag tightly packed into his backpack, but he can remember how not to just stand there. Eventually, both of his hands rest on her shoulders before they slide the sleeves of her shirt down her arms then back up across her bare skin.

He spends a moment just to appreciate her before shrugging off his sweat jacket. Maybe the sleeping bag will find its own way to them during the occasion, but it's not very likely.

When her self-serving and his desire meet, it's a good thing. She notices that he is not getting the sleeping bag out, but she can't bring herself to care when he looks at her like he wants to devour her slowly and in the best ways. Her entire body tingles and fizzes when his hands slide across her bare skin and it takes a great show of willpower to not only continue this slow seduction they've got going on but remember how to flirt. When she speaks, her voice quivers a little. "Mr. Winchester, I believe you're violating the no-touching policy." Though she certainly isn't discouraging his touch.

The grass isn't going to hurt them. She pauses a moment, watching him before her hands go to the button her jeans. She unbuttons and unzips them then starts to push her jeans over her hipbones.
