Her relationship with Mary is better because of the alternate world, though will likely never be friends. She and Bobby hate each other. That's unlikely to change, but she doesn't need alternate Bobby to like her; she wants Mary to like her because she's Sam's mother. The horns concern her as well from an aesthetic point of view. Sure, the headaches are bad, but she can learn to deal with them. The pull of her baser instincts isn't nearly as strong here.
